At 7:15pm on 17th November, the curtain will be raised on Bristol’s first ever ‘Wellbeing Standup’ event. Co-hosted at Dom’s Coffee House by Happy City and Action for Happiness, we’re inviting Bristolians to share their top tips for wellbeing. You can
There will be at least 6 ‘performances’ on stage as people offer tasters of their favourite ways of increasing wellbeing, followed by some space for spur-of-the-moment Open Mic performances from those who find themselves feeling inspired and/or brave!
We’ll be done by 9pm, when it will be time to disperse and have a go at whatever has inspired you the most. Your MC for the evening will be Mike Zeidler, supported by Byron Lee, who’ll use his 25 years experience as a coach, educator, speaker, mindfulness teacher and therapist to take questions from the floor.
