Happy City is a charity that puts the wellbeing of current and future generations centre stage. We help people to explore, understand and improve the conditions for people and places to thrive.
The perfect Office Manager will help us walk our own talk, maintaining the best conditions for people to flourish in their work. They’ll be practical and adaptable, moving efficiently from task to task, whether it’s customer service and facilities management, improving business systems, employment support or dealing with finance.
The post requires mental agility, hunger for learning, the foresight to be constantly well prepared and a temperament at ease with important but uncreative tasks. The role is pivotal to our reputation as a great place to work, and a great organisation to work with.
Our team is fiercely proud of its work – of course we’re not perfect, but we set a high bar for quality, which is why we’re leading the field in our game.
