Are you a business, a community, a group, an organisation, or a service delivery body? Would you like to understand the wellbeing needs and strengths of your staff, users, citizens, members or participants? Would you like to measure the social value you create through your work, and impact you have on the wellbeing of those you reach?
The Happy City tool, the Happiness Pulse, is a low-cost, fully validated, rigorous yet accessible way to do this.
Organisations can choose to use the basic Happiness Pulse, which includes questions about life in the city, or whether they would like to use one of our sector specific Pulse tools. We currently have this for the University Sector and are currently developing tools specific to the needs of other sectors, including housing, youth and culture.
We can also design bespoke Pulse tools for your organisation or sector. See here for an outline of how these work
Each organisation receives a unique url for the online tool. There is a simple form to let us know how many people you are aiming to reach, when you would like to access the data, if it is a one-off measurement or a change-over-time evaluation, and what level of analysis and reporting you require. If you wish to track the wellbeing of a number of different sets of participant groups within a project or organisation, we can supply urls for each.
Organisations are able to access the tool under license*, with three levels of support:
- Data only
- Data and short summary visual report, for use in annual reports, funding bids and customer/community communications
- Data and full analytics and review report
*Cost is on a sliding scale, according to participant size, frequency of use and organisational turnover. Happy City is a charity and a social enterprise, and all pricing is aimed at maximum affordability and reach.
