Happy Tracks - Tune in to Happiness

Happy City aims to get as many people as possible thinking, talking and focussing on real and lasting pathways to Happiness.  It's doing this through work with schools, communities, businesses and the public via mediums as varied as art, music, performance, food, faith, nature, exercise, writing and games.

HAPPY TRACKS is an upcoming project with musicians of every style and experience across the city.  We are inviting people to create tracks that get people thinking about happiness...

WHAT ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS FOR HAPPINESS?                                             HOW DO YOU SPREAD HAPPINESS AROUND YOU?                                                  WHAT MAKES LIFE WORTHWHILE?                                                                    WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?                                            WHAT BRILLIANT IDEA COULD WE ALL LEARN FROM?                                 WHAT MAKES A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE WHERE YOU LIVE?

If you love making music and think music can change the world, then create or submit a track for the HAPPY TRACKS project, send it to us, and you can join the movement to get the city thinking, talking and doing stuff that grows happiness rather than just growing 'stuff'

HAPPY TRACKS will be incorporated into live events - including the HAPPY CITY STAGE at the Bristol Harbour Festival - and will be available online as well as via a series of CDs in 2012.

To get involved send a demo (of any quality - your bedroom will do!) to info@happycity.org or upload to our Facebook site at www.facebook.com/happycitybristol

Uploading and downloading straight to/from this site will be available soon - watch this space!
