Explore your happiness

This section of the website is designed to support individuals to explore ways to improve their own wellbeing.  It is always in development, as we find more and better resources to help people help themselves.  If you are worried about your own or someone else’s mental health please contact the many amazing agencies set up to help people in need, including Mind and Citizens AdviceWe hope the following pages will help you find what you need to build up your wellbeing strength and reserves.

Our happiness and wellbeing can be increased by becoming more aware of the many everyday ways that we can get small ‘drops’ of happiness. Each drop builds up to give us reserves when life gets tough and we need that inner strength. These Explore More pages are designed to work with our personal wellbeing tool, the Happiness Pulse.  They are designed to help you find out more about the many small things that can make a big difference to your wellbeing and boost your ‘pulse’.

The Happiness Pulse is divided into the 3 areas of wellbeing below.  Explore each section for short films, articles, tips and inspiration.

Is how you feel about yourself and your life.

Is about what you do in your day-to-day life.

Is about your relationships.
