Our happiness and wellbeing can be increased by becoming more aware of the many everyday ways that we can get small ‘drops’ of happiness. Each drop builds up to give us reserves when life gets tough and we need that inner strength. These Explore More pages are designed to work with our personal wellbeing tool, the Happiness Pulse.  They are designed to help you find out more about the many small things that can make a big difference to your wellbeing and boost your ‘pulse’.
