This is the fourth of our Happiness Basic Training sessions, which looks at our connections and the ways in which small individual actions can quickly add up to powerful change. With some subtle shifts to the way we view things, you'll soon see how many oportunities to increase happiness present themselves every day, and how  the apparently impossible can become comfortably achievable.

The 'full set' is 1) Cornerstones of a Happy City 2) Language and Happiness 3) Solutions Focus & Happiness 4) Connections & Happiness and 5) Tools of Happiness (not necessarily in that order).

These sessions are a very reasonable £30/head, free to Happy City volunteers, and people who are unwaged or volunteering for other 'good causes' are invited to make whatever contribution is within their means. There are 25 places on first come/first served basis.
